ABA therapy service options
In-Home
In-home ABA therapy offers you individualized treatment care in the comfort of your home. Our trained behavior technicians travel to our clients home where they feel the most comfortable. This approach allows us to individualize treatment to align with our client’s daily routines, making it easier to generalize learned skills into real-life situations.
An essential component of our in-home treatment is the involvement of parents and caregivers. Our technicians will provide hands-on training to support and provide caregivers with the tools and techniques needed to promote positive behaviors and manage challenges when technicians are not present. This empowers families to continue reinforcing skills outside of treatment hours and ensures consistent progress and greater long-term success.
In-home ABA therapy also allows us to address behaviors where they naturally occur. These include mealtime, playtime, and bedtime routines. This ensures our interventions are aligned with caregivers and effective in the environments where our clients spend most of their time.
In-home ABA therapy is also ideal for families needing services tailored to their routines and availability. This eliminates the need for transportation, allowing treatment to integrate into our family’s lifestyle.
In-School
Our in-school service option provides 1:1 support for students during school hours and after-school hours. Our technicians work alongside our students, helping them navigate the academic and social environments of the classroom addressing key goals outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
These services are designed to support success in areas such as:
-
On-task behavior: supporting our clients to remain focused and engaged in class instruction and activities.
-
Functional communication: supporting our clients with clear and appropriate communication with peers and teachers.
-
Inattention and hyperactivity: implementing strategies to help our clients manage attention difficulties and impulsive behaviors.
-
Social interactions: supporting our clients with positive peer interactions and social engagement.
Our technicians work closely with school personnel to ensure our interventions are aligned with the educational goals set forth in the IEP. This approach helps our clients generalize the skills they learn during ABA therapy in the school setting, reinforcing consistent behavior improvement across multiple environments.
Collaboration with caregivers and educators is prioritized, just like with in-home therapy, providing seamless, individualized support. Our goal is to have each client thrive both academically and socially that integrates naturally with their daily routines.
In-Community
Our in-community ABA therapy allows our clients to practice and develop essential skills in real-life environments where everyday challenges and deficits are likely to occur. Side by side with our technicians’ clients are provided opportunities to build essential skills and practice social, communication, and adaptive skills in settings such as playgrounds, daycare, youth programs, or even while running errands with caregivers like shopping.
By bringing ABA therapy into our community, our clients learn to navigate and build skills in their natural environments. Our hands-on approach ensures our clients are able to generalize learned skills from therapy sessions to their everyday life. These include building their skills set to manage challenges in public spaces, engage in appropriate social interactions, and perform daily functional tasks.
Benefits of in-community services include:
-
Real-world skill building: our technicians work with our clients in everyday environments providing opportunities to practice and build their skill set. Skills include social interaction, waiting, communication, and adaptive behaviors.
-
Age-appropriate activities: individualized to our clients age and specific needs, therapy is tailored to a range of community settings. These can include play skills at playgrounds or youth programs and assisting older clients with independent skills like navigating public transportation, shopping, or peer meetups.
-
Improved generalization: a key benefit of in-community ABA therapy is that it offers our clients the chance to practice skills in a wide range of situations
Just like with our in-home services, in-community ABA therapy is designed to meet our client’s individual needs, helping them build an independent skill set managed for success.
In-Center
Our in-center service option allow our clients access to a structured, distraction free, supportive environment specifically designed to optimize learning and skill development. With our distraction free center option, our clients are allowed to focus on targeted skill building activities that promote positive behaviors and socially significant meaningful growth.
Additionally, our carefully designed center atmosphere not only allows our clients to work on individualized goals but also provide opportunities to build social skills through social interactions with other peers in our program. A key advantage of these peer interactions is the development of essential communication and social skills which encourage clients to apply learned skills in a setting that simulates real-world experiences.
Our in-center therapy is ideal for providing consistent, intensive support and learning where progress is closely monitored by our dedicated team of behavior technicians and BCBAs.
